The farm is located at an altitude of 2000 meters, with a bright and pleasant climate. The Inza Cauca's beans are picked in the middle of the harvest season so they can be dried properly to maintain their full aroma and flavour. This coffee has been roasted to a smooth and well-balanced light medium roast.
